April 1

Opening Day
Saturday soup cook-off. Bring your best soup!

April 7-8

Easter Weekend 1
Candy Bingo, Easter Scavenger Hunt and Easter Egg Hunt, movie. Bring your Easter decorations!

April 14-15

Easter Weekend 2
Friday movie. Easter Eggs Scavenger Hunt and Easter Egg Hunt. Saturday Toy Bingo. Bring your Easter decorations!

April 21-22

Hot Air Balloons Weekend
Bingo. Tethered hot air balloon rides. Yard sale on Saturday. Bring your yard sale items or crafts.

April 28-29

Steak Fry Weekend
Friday movie. Steak, salad, baked potato and roll ($). Campers bring a dessert and their own beverage. Redneck Bingo during steak fry. Reservations by April 22.

May

May 2-3 Cinco de Mayo Weekend
Friday movie. Saturday evening DJ. Bring your best Mexican-inspired dish to share.
May 12-13 Mother’s Day Weekend
Mother’s Breakfast Saturday morning. Moms eat FREE. Designer Handbag Bingo on Saturday evening.
May 19-20 Kentucky Derby Weekend / First Responders & Armed Forces Camp One Night and Get One Night Free
Friday Bingo. Firetruck and firemen and Saturday, followed by a potluck dinner and horse races. Wear your Kentucky Derby hat.
May 26-29 Memorial Day Weekend – (3 Night Minimum.)
Pool opens Saturday morning, Horseshoe & Dart tournament, live band Saturday evening, and other Memorial Day activities.

June

June 2-3 June Fun Weekend –
Saturday afternoon fishing contest for three age groups, duck race.
June 9-10 June Pool Party Weekend –
Saturday pool party, late pool hours.
June 16-17 Father’s Day Weekend
Dad’s Breakfast Saturday morning. Dads eat FREE. Saturday pool party, Saturday evening party with DJ.
June 23-24 The Midsummer’s Night Eve Party
Saturday night party with lights, DJ, games, flowers. Bring and wear summer-inspired flowers, flower headbands, fairy wings, and a dish to share. (Not required, but we encourage everybody to join in the fun!)

July

June 30 - July 3 July 4th Weekend – (3 Night Minimum)
Horseshoe and dart tournaments, music by the pool, wagon ride (bring your flag!), fireworks at dusk on Saturday, dance on Sunday evening, outdoor movie on Monday evening, and other Independence Day activities.
July 7-8

Summer Pool Party Day
Friday night Bingo. Saturday includes a morning scavenger hunt, afternoon squirt gun fight and squirt gun wagon ride, and an evening movie.

July 14-15

Hot Air Balloons Weekend / Ice Cream Social –
Friday night Bingo. Saturday afternoon wagon ride, followed by an ice cream social at 6:00 PM with $3.00 ice cream and toppings.

July 21-22

Christmas in July –
This Christmas in July, we are celebrating the most fun things about Christmas. We start out with a Candy Bingo on Friday evening. On Saturday, we will have music by the pool, a Christmas caroling wagon ride - with Santa - at 7:00 PM, where we will see the Christmas lights throughout the park. This will be followed by an outdoor Christmas movie with complimentary milk and cookies. Saturday will also include a Christmas decorations judging contest, where you can win a prize. On Sunday, we will have church services at 10:00 AM. Bring your Christmas decorations to light up our campground for the children for the greatest day of the year, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus.

July 28-29

Summer Watermelon Fest –
Friday starts with an outdoor movie at 8:00 PM. On Saturday, we will have a summer scavenger hunt, pool party, rubber band watermelon explosion at 4:00 PM (where kids can participate!), followed by a watermelon eating contest at 5:00 PM. Win a prize! This is followed by a pot luck dinner at 6:00 PM. Please bring a covered dish to share. Sunday church services at 10:00 AM. Spontaneous activities may pop up throughout the weekend.

August

August 4-5 Luau Pig Roast Weekend
Friday night Bingo. Saturday pool party, with the roast served at 6:00 PM, with a DJ and karaoke. Wear your grass skirts and Hawaiian flowers, and bring your glow sticks because the pool will be open until 9:00 PM. Sunday church services at 10:00 AM.
August 11-12 Campfire S’mores Weekend
Friday night Bingo. Saturday scavenger hunt, wagon ride, and large evening campfire in the filed, where we will be giving out free s’mores kits. This will be followed by an outdoor movie at 8:00 PM. Sunday church services at 10:00 AM.
August 18-19

Country Fair Jamboree –
All proceeds go to a cancer charity. Friday night Bingo. Saturday’s Country Fair Jamboree starts at 9:00 AM, with craft vendors from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Redneck Bingo from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Games, DJ, food, Go to Jail (or send your friends to jail) for a good cause. We will go and arrest them, put them in jail for ten minutes for $2.00, and they pay $3.00 to get out of jail. Raffles and 50-50 drawing will be called at 3:00 PM. Auction at 6:00 PM. We need donations for this great cause, so bring something to raffle or auction. Sunday church services at 10:00 AM.

August 25-26 Chicken Wings Fest –
Wagon ride on Saturday afternoon, followed by our Best Tasting Chicken Wings Contest. Free to enter, and $3.00 per ticket to EAT and VOTE. Entering chicken wings in the contest gets two free tickets. 50% of proceeds go to the campground fund, and the other 50% goes to the winner. Bring a dessert to share. Sunday church services at 10:00 AM.

September

September 1-4 Labor Day Weekend – (3 Night Minimum.)
Friday night outdoor movie. On Saturday, a scavenger hunt, horseshoe and dart tournaments, music by the pool, dance party on Sunday evening, and other Labor Day activities. Designer Handbag Bingo.
September 8-10 Steak Fry Weekend
Friday night movie, Steak Fry on Saturday, followed by wagon ride. Sunday morning church service.
September 15-17 That 70s Weekend
A 70s movie on Friday night, tie-dye t-shirts on Saturday ($13.00), followed by a 70s dance party. Dress up in your bell bottoms and tie-dye! Sunday morning church service.
September 22-24

Hot Air Balloon Weekend
Friday evening movie. Tethered hot air balloon rides on Saturday. Sunday morning church service.

Sept. 29 - October 1 Fall Fest Weekend
Candy Bingo at 7:00 PM on Friday. On Saturday, pumpkin patch, Halloween scavenger hunt, pumpkin carving contest, not-so-scary and scary wagon rides.

October

October 6-7 Columbus Day Weekend – (2 Night Minimum.)
Not-so-scary and scary wagon rides on Friday night. On Saturday, Halloween scavenger hunt, chili contest, evening dance, site decorating contest, and more wagon rides. Don’t forget to bring spooky decorations for your site. On Sunday, church service at 10:00 AM.
October 13-15 Haunted House Weekend
Outdoor movie on Friday evening. On Saturday, site decorating contest, trick-or-treating (2:00 to 4:00 PM), monster mash wagon ride, and haunted house at 8:00 PM. Don’t forget to bring your costumes and spooky decorations for your site. On Sunday, church service at 10:00 AM.
October 20-22 Haunted House Weekend
Outdoor movie on Friday evening. On Saturday, site decorating contest, trick-or-treating (2:00 to 4:00 PM), monster mash wagon ride, and haunted house at 8:00 PM. Don’t forget to bring your costumes and spooky decorations for your site. On Sunday, church service at 10:00 AM.
October 27-28 Annual Red Run Masquerade Weekend
Not-so-scary and scary wagon rides on Friday night. On Saturday, site decorating contest, trick-or-treating (2:00 to 4:00 PM), masquerade party, and costumer contest. Don’t forget to bring your costumes and spooky decorations for your site. On Sunday, church service at 10:00 AM.

November

November 3-4 Clean Up Weekend
One night free for campers who want to help clean up. On Saturday, a pot luck dinner.

All activities are subject to changes due to weather, number of people participating, or other unforeseen circumstances.
